Zarin Buckingham
Zarin Buckingham is a senior consultant and an entrepreneur, providing consulting and coaching to individuals and organizations. She has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of business and education. She has established and run a number of successful organizations including Allied Communications, Forel International School, and Buckingham Entertainment Group. Zarin has also provided services to organizations such as Oracle Switzerland, Metro Germany, University of St. Gallen, University of Strathclyde, UNICEF and UNIFEM.
In addition to her training in Educational Psychology and Curriculum Design, Zarin holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Liverpool. She is passionate about building capacity and elimination of poverty, and enjoys working with children and youth.
Zarin is married and a mother of two daughters ages 23 and 20. She speaks English, German, Farsi, and Slovak.

Dr. Nasrin Davis
Nasrin Davis is a senior business coach who provides consulting, executive coaching and training services to companies and individuals.
Nasrin ’s scope of professional experience of over 25 years, includes business and executive coaching in the areas of business development, business/people management, critical thinking, leadership development, project management, account management, and business analysis. Some of the clients she has provided services to include IBM, Hewlett Packard, The Norwegian Ministry of Finance, EPFL – ÉCOLE POLYTECHNIQUE FÉDÉRALE DE LAUSANNE, UBS – United Banks of Switzerland, TATRABANKA, LENOVO, Slovak Republic Ministry of Finance, and UNAIDS – United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS.
Nasrin has received her Doctorate (DBA) in Value Leadership with the research in Management Consulting Companies in the Swiss Market. She holds an MBA in International Management. Nasrin is a certified consultant in CTT (Cultural Transformational Tools) from Values Centre for Leadership Development Systems (USA). She speaks English, German, French, and Farsi.

Thomas Buckingham, M.D., Ph.D.
Thomas Buckingham is a cardiologist who has held clinical appointments at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, the University of Zurich, and the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Bratislava. He has written over 100 medical papers, including journal articles, review papers, and case reports. Dr. Buckingham also gives health-related and preventive lectures and consulting.
Dr. Thomas Buckingham graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his residencies at Evanston Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and University of Texas Medical Branch. He is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Clin Cardiac Electrophysiology. In addition, Dr. Buckingham is also board-certified with the Slovak Medical Chamber (Slovenská lekárska komora).
Dr. Buckingham is passionate about Economic Empowerment, Human Rights, and Poverty Alleviation. He is married and has two daughters ages 20 and 23.

Carmel Paradise
Double majoring in sociology and psychology, a musician, a writer, and our intern, Carmel is the youngest member of our team. Born in Anchorage Alaska, Carmel was raised in Slovakia, attended high school in Nashville Tennessee and visited the University of Santa Clara in California. Carmel is an enthusiastic millennial with many interests and passions. With a Gold medal in National Spanish Exam, A silver Medal in Scholastic Art & Writing Award, Cum Laude in Arts, and Cum Laude in English, and songwriter of the year Award, Carmel is an invaluable asset to our team. She has strong organizational skills, is a powerful speaker, and an advocate for human rights. She loves animals and has a cat called Waverly.
