PRICE AND CANCELATION POLICY
If fees are quoted as 1 Euro or if marked as “fees vary”, this means that fees will be quoted based on client’s requirements, location, duration and other factors shared by the client through phone or email communication.
If you have booked a single session, refundable cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session begins. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours ahead, you can rebook the session for another time without any charges, but no refund will be made. If you cancel less then 24 hours before the session, you will be fully charged.
If you have booked a package (multiple sessions) you are receiving a reduced fee with additional email and text sessions. A refundable cancellation is possible up to 73 hours before the start of the first session. In this case, you may cancel your booking, but you will be charged a small cancelation fee. You may rebook your sessions up to 24 hours before the start of each session. Sessions cannot be rebooked or canceled less than 24 hours before the sessions begin, in case of such cancelation you will be fully charged even if you don't attend.
If you start a package that stretches over one month long and would like to cancel before completing the package, you must give one month notice. You won't be charged for the following months, but you will be charged a cancelation fee.
