DELIVERY METHODS,
PRICE AND CANCELATION POLICY
Given the international nature of our services, we offer our clients a variety of delivery methods. This includes personal meetings at our locations, online meetings such as by FaceTime Skype or video conferences, phone calls, texting and emailing.
In Person
- We offer One-on-one or small group coaching sessions in person at your request and upon availability. Please discuss conditions for visits at your locations before booking. We do not offer visits at private homes.
Online - Video
Today's technology has made it possible for us to serve global clients from around the world who prefer to receive coaching services from a coach in the distance that they can resonate with, rather than a local coach that they don't. Many of our global clients receive One-on-one or small group coaching by video using Skype, Facetime, Facebook, and similar technologies.
Phone - Voice call
You are welcome to speak with us on the phone if you prefer to do so. We utilize telephone calls, Skype calls, Whatsapp, Viber, and similar technologies and the necessary hardware to maintain a high quality conversation.
Texting
We use text messaging as an additional means of communication especially for the spur of the moment confirmation, maintaining ongoing accountability, satisfaction, and getting things done between sessions.
We utilize email as part of our global coaching services. Emailing can provide you as our client the opportunity to reflect on your thought processes and goals, and to think through what you need to commit to or work on. It offers ongoing accountability and support, and can even serve as a form of journaling that you can refer back to. It also allows you to use part of our services at your own free time and from the comfort of your home or office.
Small Group Coaching
We offer small group sessions to company management, employees, task forces, and teams through our executive coaches and to families, young adults, music bands and student groups by our life coaches.

Large Group Facilitation

Workshops are usually useful for small groups of up to 14 people. PAYMENT METHODS AND PACKAGES
There are various payment options available to our clients.

Single Session
You may book each session individually and pay for one session at the time. Payment for online services is to be made online and at the time of booking. For In-person sessions, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment Plans
You can enroll in a 3, 6, or 12- month payment plan, where you pay for a number of services ahead of time. These plans offer you more value than single payments. There are additional benefits to monthly plans such as a number of free text and email communications depending on the length of your plan. PRICE AND CANCELATION POLICY
If fees are quoted as 1 Euro or if marked as “fees vary”, this means that fees will be quoted based on the client’s requirements, location, duration and other factors shared by the client through phone or email communication.
If you have booked a single session, refundable cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session begins. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours ahead, you can rebook the session for another time without any charges, but no refund will be made. If you cancel less then 24 hours before the session, you will be fully charged.
If you have booked a package (multiple sessions) you are receiving a reduced fee with additional email and text sessions. A refundable cancellation is possible up to 73 hours before the start of the first session. In this case, you may cancel your booking, but you will be charged a small cancelation fee. You may rebook your sessions up to 24 hours before the start of each session. Sessions cannot be rebooked or canceled less than 24 hours before the sessions begin, in case of such cancelation you will be fully charged even if you don't attend.
If you start a package that stretches over two or more months and would like to cancel before completing the package, you must give one month's notice. You won't be charged for the following months, but you will be charged a cancelation fee. The cancelation fees for each course are listed in the package description.
